Suzuki RMZ 450 finest exhaust System Installation Manual
Exhaust system Installation: Remove your STOCK SYSTEM: 1. place the appliance on a stable work tripod. 2. If you are not familiar with the remove refer the original exhaust gas to the owner's manual before you begin work. 3. Always allow your computer to cool down before you try to remove exhaust gases. 4. remove the two bolts from the right side. Then remove the side panel. 5. Loosen the stock mid-pipe clamp and then remove the stand-off bolt and bracket bolt, which supports the muffler. 6. remove the stock muffler and mute stock solution main pipe. 7. Slightly loosen the inventory cylinder head records seat pipe to aid in aligning the parts. INSTALLATION of new Anti odour SYSTEM: 1. the Installer must use supplied hardware. 2. slide the mid pipe onto the main pipe. Rotating mid-little pipe to achieve proper alignment with sub-frame mount. 3. install the OEM bolt through the landing gear in mount stand-off on mid-pipe (Finger tight). 4. push the muffler onto mid-pipe, Adjust the muffler mount with the stock muffler mount hole, and install and finger tighten the supplied M8x25mm bolt. 5. When you have the system fully aligned, install and tighten all bolts securely to the factory specifications. 6. replace the Panel page and secure mounting bolts. 7. Re-tighten stock main pipe on the cylinder head.
