Installation instructions for the Buick ARF12500 ' 57

1. improve and maintain a safe, comfortable working height. Let the front suspension hanging freely.
2. remove the coil springs, shock absorbers and bump stop. Refer to the service factory for appropriate disassembly procedure.3. part of the frame must trim their air purification in the spring. Mainly on the outside of the Pocket, but some must be done inside as well.
4. Apply thread sealant for direct air installation and screw at the top of the spring air.
5. place the upper air spring bracket at the top of the spring air and fasten with two 3/8 "Nyloc nuts, and flat washers.
6. the flow of 6 ? Stade in Walnut bottom brackets.
Note: Mark the location of the air fitting outer bracket.
7. Bolt the upper bracket L» upper shock mount, as shown in the figure, using 7/16 "x 1" Nyloc nut and bolt, two flat washers.
8. place the air spring Assembly with Pocket coil spring with herd sticking through the "L" bracket. The Assembly should frequency thus air spindle faces installation. Safe with the 7/16 "Nyloc nut and flat washer.
Note: the airline should be sent at this time.
9. check the air spring. Allowing Bellow rub hurt spring air, and the situation is not serious.
10 Pocket coil spring on the forearm control must be removed. The rivets should be smooth and hammered out with a punch.
11. the lower plate spring air arm and tighten with ? 7/16 "x 2" Nyloc nuts and bolts, flat washers supplied. Bolt carriage falls in two holes, closest to the spindle.
12 Spring air is mounted on the forearm with 3/8 "x 3/4" bolt, lock washer, flat washers.
13 Upper shock Mount must be welded to the top of the frame. You might want to crop this bracket to prevent shock from bottoming out. When the suspension would be stopped at least ? "compression should be left in shock.
14. in order to optimize the effectiveness of the end of the stabilizer must be reduced by 1 ΕΎ ".
15. Ride height on air spring-4 u "Tall. This should happen approximately 110 psi, but will range from the driver's preferences.
