Exhaust systems Installation: step 1: CHECK the package contents: 1. four (4) Header Mount flanges 2. Four (4) spinning noses 3. One (1) the right and one (1) the left Page Header (primary colors) 4. One Collector 5. Package containing Springs, spring puller and supplementary information 6. One (1) of the elbow (or two (2) If dual) 7. One (1) CT muffler (or two (2) If dual) 8. One black rubber Cap (not shown) step 2: PRE-ASSEMBLE HEADERS, COLLECTOR, and MID-PIPE to assure proper fit between all parts: Brocks performance exhaust system pre-boot assembles before it is delivered to your door. We ask this to assure there were no shipping damage incurred before you start dismantling your bicycle. Many of our customers use WD-40 is used for the joints ease Assembly, alignment and/or dismantling. Step 3: remove bodywork: remove all push pins, starting with 2 under motorcycle keep two side fairings. Next remove the two push pins behind the front wheel holding lower screen to side fairings. Remove screen (chin piece). Remove belly pan by disconnecting the push pins behind the regulator/rectifier and 4 mm Allen bolt on the right side under the foot peg and brake assembly. Remove (2) 4 mm Allen bolts right side fairing, and (2) Allen bolts below the handle bars (one black, one silver). Repeat on the left of the motorcycle.
