Cadillac CTS/SRX OC-2 CTS radio replacement instructions

CTS OC-2 is a plug and play interface that allow you to install an aftermarket radio Cadillac SRX and CTS vehicles. It will support operation Staro and factory amplified audio system. At Staro will play audio through front speakers when active. It also saves all the warning chimes and vehicle rear parking assist chime.
• Class II chain does not disable data bus vehicles, even if the interface fails.• Active led Staro ignition and power led.
• Provides + 12v DC switched output accessory. No more searching switched + 12v in the fuse box or blow to the group.
• Disable output or turn off the radio on or off if the aftermarket is active at the Staro.
• Volume Staro through factory steering wheel audio control or wheel.
• New radio will work with a vehicle rap (retain power accessory) system, which is 10 minutes or until a door is opened.

Note:
1 OS 2CTS don't preserve factory XM Receiver, this option will be lost when the factory radio is replaced with an aftermarket radio.
2. you can use this interface, even if the vehicle does not have at the Staro but need to interface with the amplifier.
3. at Staro must be enabled by using the buttons on the Staro on rear-view mirror, steering wheel at Staro button will not be allowed at Staro.
4. at the Staro, volume not controlled on the CTS-V and SRX models, the volume is set to average.
5. Cadillac SRX with navigation radios do not use the same connectors as supplied.

Testing and checking work
1. turn on the ignition. Ignition green led lights up inside an interface, and + 12V accessory wire will be enabled.
2. turn on the radio and check your balance. Note: the Audio will not disappear as rear exits aftermarket radio cannot be used.
3. clicking on Staro on the mirror server, disable or turn off the radio and allow audio heard from speakers. Active red led at Staro will also be included. When the radio is muted Staro un-mute or turn back and Staro Led turns off. At Staro audio levels can be adjusted using the volume control on the steering wheel (a preset level of CTS-V and SRX vehicles).
4. turn off the vehicle and the delete key. RAP will be active and keep the radio on 10 minutes or until a door is opened.
5 Green LED on and the ignition is turned off when radio rap off or a door is opened.
