2005 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R/ZX6RR adjustable foot control Installation Manual
Adjustable foot control installation: 1) to continue to the right side of the vehicle. Remove the line stock brake from the brake master cylinder rear and rear brake caliper. 2) remove the clevis pin attached to the brake lever rear brake master cylinder. 3) remove the rear brake master cylinder and let hang free. 4) Disconnect the rear brakes light from wires and remove the right foot control Assembly. 5) Mount collection right foot control is supplied in the kit to the frame with the stock screws. 6) Mount rear brake master cylinder to the foot control using the stock fasteners to be removed. When heel guards, use the included 8 × 1. 25 × 30 button head screws and mount heel guard the outside of the foot control. 7) attaches to the vessel's brake brake handle by using stock clevis PIN. 8) install the new brake line and soft braking system. Note: depending on the location of the foot stick, it may be necessary to trim the heat shield and the liquid reservoir hose. 9) proceed to the left side of the motorcycle, and remove the stock Shift rod by Loosening jam nuts and screw the Shift from the handle. 10) Remove the collection inventory accounts left foot control. 11) Install the left foot control Assembly is supplied in the kit with the stock mounting screws.
