Audi S4 Bi-Pipe Installation Manual
Bi-Pipe installation Audi S4procedures for:
1. Allow the engine to cool before you begin the installation.
2. Remote throttle body coverage by twisting two ¼ turn mounting screws and pull straight up on the front.
3. remove the two screws securing fresh air inlet cable channel.
4. remove the cable channel by pulling up on the left side of the ?rst and then extract.
5. Remove two 8 mm nuts and washers security boost sensor.
6. Remove two 5 mm allen head bolts securing boost sensor bracket and remove the left parenthesis.
7. Gently pull back clip on top of the plug housing and disconnect the boost sensor plug.
8. loosen the front throttle body boot clamps.
9. generous Loosen back throttle body boot clamp.
10. Loosen both boost frequency valve clamps from the left and right intake pipes and nudge the hoses.
11. remove the two bolts on top of the passenger's side head lamp.
12. Loosen remaining main headlamp bolt through the hole in the fender.
13. Remove removed bolt in fender with a magnetic retrieval tool.
14. push the main lamp on the left to oust the clip, and then drag up.
15. Gently pull back clip on top of the plug housing and disconnect the main lamp and flashes plugs.
