MicroCat to Land Rover installation instructions

Microcat can be installed to operate in a standalone or network environment. Installations of Microcat requires a dongle (hardware security key) to be connected to the appropriate computer port. If a dongle is not connected to you may be required to select your region and country.
Microcat authorization Server (MAS ™) can alternatively be used as a security measure Microcat. For more information on MAS, refer to MAS installation and user guide posted on MAS home page: http://imassp.microcat.net/support.htm
MAS to use when operates Microcat in a thin client, such as Terminal Services or remote desktop.
Microcat stand alone Installation
How to install Microcat:
1. Insert the CD Microcat (disc 1) into the CD-ROM drive. Microcat Autoplay menu appears.
2. click install Microcat. If the Autoplay menu does not appear, Navigate to the CD-ROM drive and click Setup.exe.
3. Select your language, Setup, and click OK.
4. click Next.
5. read the end-user license agreement (EULA) Software usage, and if you accept the terms and conditions, click Yes.
6. Select the type of installation (software and Data Deployment), and click Next.
7. click Next.
8. Select the drive where the data is to be installed, and click Next. If required, insert the additional Microcat CDs in the cd rom drive, and click OK.
9. confirm the restart option is selected, and click Finish.
Microcat Network Installation
The Distributor System Administrator can install Microcat across a computer network. The recommended configuration is to install the catalog data on a central server and use on each workstation.
The most important steps must be performed are:
-Installing catalog data Microcat on the central server.
-Install the program on workstations running Microcat Microcat.
-Share the central server to each workstation.
-Connect each workstation to the central server.
