1995 Cadillac El Dorado valve bodies
Disassembly
1. thoroughly clean and dry air valve bodies. Clear the balls. Remove each valve train.
2. put the valves, springs and sleeves to clean surface as deleted. Remove the solenoids, sensor, screens, servos and battery assemblies.
Purification of & inspection
Clean valves, springs and sleeves in a solvent. Never use the shop rags for cleaning valve body components. Check valves and sleeves for voiceover, Nicky and scratches. Check out springs for damaged or distorted coils. Check valve body casting porosity, interrelated oil passages and damaged the treated surface.
Assemblies
Assemble the valve body Assembly. See Figure. Figure. 26-28. Using pins Guide (J-39630-1 and J-39068-2), to collect the lower valve body channel plate. See Figure. 29-see. Figure. 31. make sure that the new pressure control magnetic filter and oil pressure is used. After Assembly, make sure that all valves move freely in their respective holes.
Note: install the Assembly to reduce the oil pressure switch valve body. Oil pressure switch Assembly illustration is not available.
