2006-2008 Kawasaki Ninja 650R/Versys Slip on exhaust System Installation Manual
Installation instructions: make sure that the bike is completely cold before you start the installation. Make sure that the bike is sure hand position or ideal lift service. Remove right side lower wind screen to postpone the muffler Assembly. Remove the four fasteners on the right side cover. Loosen the muffler clamp attachment OEM muffler to head pipe. Remove two muffler mounting bolts and remove OEM muffler. (If the rear tire is closing you may detach the main cylinder head pipe on it or move the rear wheel back to remove the muffler collection.) You will reuse the front muffler mount bolt from the stock solution mounting hardware. Remove the rubber grommet and inserts from the frame that contains the stock muffler mounted. -You want to use the two solid mount adapters and OEM front bolt to mount if the muffler mount behind the mounting position of the frame.
