1991-2006 Eulogize NSX exhaust System installation instructions

Thank you for buying system Comptech stainless exhaust to Eulogize NSX (1991-2006). All components have been designed and manufactured using the latest technology and materials. Please take a moment to read this instruction manual and warranty information page carefully before you start any work. Always work in a clean environment and use appropriate safety equipment and tools to avoid potential damage or injuries. Comptech recommends the use of a true two-door sports Service Handbook to supplement those instructions. All Comptech products is intended to be installed by a professional installer. Many stock parts reused during installation. Do not damage or discarding pieces of fat during installation or dismantling.

This exhaust gas does not come with any plugs, except the two sealing material associated with the adapter tubes to 97 and newer cars. The existing clots can be in reusable condition, but always inspect and replace any defective gaskets before Assembly to assure a leak free installation. New packages can be ordered from Comptech or any two-door sports retailer. It is recommended to use a factory service manual, in addition to these installation tips. This guide will provide more detailed information about the removal, installation, and/or torque specifications of parts not covered here. Remember always use jack stands to support the vehicle when the lift car is not available. Always work in a clean environment and use the appropriate safety equipment to avoid any potential damage or injuries.


• Remove the Stock exhaust system: Abort catalysts stock exhaust system by removing the link hardware. Use a spray lubricant to loosen up the rubber bjælkesko, which supports the introduction of the exhaust. Be careful not to damage the rubber bjælkesko during removal. After one side is down, the other side shall be easier to get to and disrupt the remaining bjælkesko. Exhaust gases can now be removed and set aside.
• Install rubber bjælkesko at Comptech System: apply some more lubricant on rubber bjælkesko and push all the bjælkesko onto the attachment points on the Comptech exhaust system in the same locations and orientation as the stock muffler. Note: If the rubber bjælkesko inserted into one side of the hanger plastic sleeves, make sure that the page is installed on the exhaust gas.
• Install the Adapter Hardware (95-06 NSX): using the stock exhaust to determine the location of NICs elbows and resolved (not tight) attaches Comptech exhaust system elbows with the included hardware and crush gaskets. Use a small amount of silicone to keep crush gaskets in place during installation and also use some anti-seize for all Fastening elements to facilitate possible future removal of the exhaust gas components.
