1 speed Sensor . connect the clutch. Switch the instrument to DC 20V position. Connect the negative terminal of the battery black meter probe. Turn the ignition on. 2. in Signal wire initially identify out of the 3 wires. Connect the Red meter probe to one lead in 3 p plug through the back, using a thin needle for back-testing. Rotate the rear wheel in his hand. Signal wire is where the level voltage regularly switches (e.g. 0V ? 5V ? 0V). If the voltage does not change as the wheel turns, you can try a different lead. 3. identify the power wire from the remaining two. Measure the voltage level on the remaining two leads. The voltage on the power lead should be + 5V to + 12V 4. Confirm that the remaining wire is Earth. Switch voltmeter to resistance or continuity test mode. Connect the remaining lead of 3 p plug through the back red meter probe of the instrument. The value specified should be approximately 0 ohms. 5. Note the wire colors and their functions. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the speed Sensor clutch.
