2002-04 EULOGIZE RSX-S Race Header instructions

Because this is a "Race only" product, it will not meet emissions standards. As it is a "Race only" product, it will also lead to "Check Engine" light will be illuminated after three complete driving cycles. This is not a problem for maximum performance. "Check engine" light will not cause the engine computer to go into a "safe mode". It is only a system function indicator. MAKE special note about dealing with your Jackson Racing stainless steel header: congratulations on your purchase of Jackson Racing header stainless steel. This is the finest letterhead on the market today. It is constructed from 100% stainless steel. Including flanges. It will not rust! But special care must be taken during installation and handling of stainless steel to the tubing to always look good.

If any oil or FAT or even fingerprints get on the snake, wipe the tubing with a solution of mild detergent and water and towel. This will leave your head with a non-contaminated surface, so it will turn a beautiful gold color after the run. If oil or grease treatment is allowed to live on the surface it will discolor the tubing permanent.
Special Note: If you don't have a shop manual, buy one now! It is good to have for any repairs, now and in the future.

Tools needed: 10, 12, 14 sockets and wrenches.
