Suzuki Bandit 600 Slip on exhaust System Installation Manual
Drop Exhaust System -on Installation: 1. make sure that the bike is completely cold before you start the installation. Make sure that the bike is sure hand position or ideal rear service position. 2. remove the original muffler is careful not to damage exhaust gasketit. If you damage the gasket can you get a new one from your local Suzuki dealer. In most cases, you can reuse the original gasket. 3. install the black "Y" left parenthesis as shown by removing behind allen appendage from passenger footrest and replace it with the supplied 8 mm x 55 mm allen bolt on. Securely tighten the 8 mm x 55 mm allen bolt on. Next, attach the extra thread using the nylock nut and washer only finger tight in square bracket "Y". Now attach the bottom half of y bracket uses the supplied 8 mm x 50 mm allen bolt on, nylock nut and washer. Securely tighten now the entire Assembly. 4. remove the rubber center keeps bumpers from your original pipe and install it in TBR s-bend tube. 5. slide the TBR s-bend in the head as original but do not tighten the clamp yet. 6. push the muffler onto s-tube and attach the muffler for "Y" bracket with muffler clamp uses the supplied 8 mm x 25 mm allen bolt on, nylock nut and washers. Note: both ears of the clamp to squeeze and mount on the outside of the "Y" left parenthesis.
