2008-2009 Aprilia shiver 750 Slip on exhaust system installation Manual
Exhaust gas SYSTEM removal equipment: 1. putting the motorcycle on a page, we recommend a racing stance. Make sure the surface is fast and flat. 2. Remove Rytter seat and electrical coverage. 3. unscrew the bolts, pinch off plastic ties, disconnect the electrical connectors to the rear position lamps and remove passenger handles. 4. unscrew the bolts (a) and remove number plate bracket with signal lamps and the rear light. 5. unscrew the bolts heat shields and remove from the stock solution muffler. 6. Untighten bolt of the metal clamp on the muffler-link the pipe joint. Unscrew and remove the screws from the muffler bracket and remove the stock muffler with little rotation. WARNING! supports the muffler with hand during this procedure, or it can fall, and you or motorcycle injuries! Remove the two nuts (A) press.
