i-Audi-R DICE iPod Integration Kit for Audi, Radio Interface Kit

Kit Contents: 1. DICE module 2. Audi radio interface cable (vehicle-specific cable) 3. Docking cable
Installation steps for this kit
1. Drag the vehicle in-service bay and access trunk area.
2. Disconnect both battery terminals. These cables must be disconnected during installation to assure correct initialization of module DICE when the DICE when it is connected.
3. remote radio by inserting keys (4) plant (not included) in the Castle at each corner of the radio.
4. CD changer interface will be on the left side of the radio, it is the lower left connector on the bottom of the stomach bags. Remove all cables from the radio device and Remote from the vehicle.

6. Insert the vehicle-specific cable into the specified slot. Make sure the plug is inserted fully and that it snaps into place. This screw is factory grounding point for the vehicle-specific cable must be grounded. Don't overlook this step, as module DICE will not function properly without proper grounding.
7. connect the vehicle-specific cable 8-pin molex p connector and cable for iPod Docking module DICE. The correct connector on the module DICE can be identified by matching it up with connector or by looking for the label on the bottom of the module. 1/8, 5? Dock vehicle
8. connect the remaining adapters and antenna leads back on the radio and to prepare for reinstallation.
Verify all leads locked in a fixed location. Its recommended to install your DICE module in an easily visible location or widen the AUX connector for future connections of ancillary equipment.
This will be a good time to test your installation. Before you reinstall your radio, Connect your iPod and test for audio and controls from the radio. If everything is ok, continue to the next step.
