Instructions for installing braces side of the airport of embarkation/disembarkation

Warning: this product should only be performed by an experienced welder!Installation:
Note: refer to figures A-E for reference before you begin installing braces-side airport loading/unloading and return the data during the installation process.
The figure shows the finished installation bracket CC products/San Jose BMW Airhead side for general reference.
Figure b shows the upper end of the brace Airhead side where it attaches to the frame
(Note: leave at least 1/2 "intervals below at the bottom of the fuel tank).
Figure c shows how the side brace airfield embarkation/disembarkation should be removed from the tube air inlet.
(D) while the illustration shows how the bottom edge (beveled end) fits frame at the rear of the bike.
Figure e shows one threaded cones properly welded to the frame and painted.


Installation steps:
1. ensure airport loading/unloading side braces fully assembled (threaded cones, firmly screwed in braces on both ends).
2. Holding the airfield embarkation/disembarkation side brace in their proper position (figures A-D) to note the location where you want to weld the front and rear threaded cones to the frame.
Note: the lower (rear) Airhead side brace was canted, for reference.
Note: make sure that the left and right airfield embarkation/disembarkation side braces are located in the same way.
3. Select a frame and remove paint in relevant areas, using Emery cloth for the preparation of the surface of the frame for welding.
Note: dimensions and Mark twice, weld once!
4. keep collected airfield embarkation/disembarkation side braces in their respective positions and tactics to Weld the top and bottom. Perform this step to the top (front) and lower (rear) end of the airfield embarkation/disembarkation side brackets on both sides of the bike.
5. Using removable tape, mark each brace side airfield embarkation/disembarkation or "left" or "right" to make sure they are replaced with the corresponding side of the bike after disassembly.
6. remove the screws and braces side airfield embarkation/disembarkation of welded tactics, threaded cones. Complete welding threaded SAE motorcycle frame on all four points.
7. clear or delete any weld splatter or paint to protect screw Cone and frame corrosion (see Figure E).
8. Peremontaž airport loading/unloading side braces for threaded cones, preserving its original orientation left side/right side.
Note: the lower (rear) Airhead side brace was canted, for reference.
9. torque hex bolts 7 foot/pounds.
