Aprilia Falco Dual Slip on exhaust system installation Manual
1. make sure that the bike is completely cold before you start the installation. Make sure that the bike is sure hand-stand or ideal rear service position. 2. Unhook the springs, keep stocks smoke grenades to headers. 3. remove the screws that attach the stock footpegs smoke grenades. 4. Take off stock smoke grenades. 5. place a gem of hi-temp sealant sludges on the outside edge of the letterhead, which goes to TBR s-bends. Boost S-bends onto the end of the headers. Leave loose for now. 6. place a gem of hi-temp sealant sludges on the outside edge of the s-bend, passing in the grenades. Boost TBR grenades onto the end of the S-bend pipes. Working from the excess sealant sludges that will push out. 7. Carefully slide canister clamps over grenades. (Note: stainless steel canister clamp and name badge at carbonbeholder comes from the factory with a clear protective plastic film. Remove this film before the operation.) You may need to twist and turn on S-bends slightly to the right place. Use spacer aluminium, place it between clamp and footpeg parenthesis. Attach it to the footpeg brackets using the longer bolt condition and stock chart nut. Leave loose for now.
