Buick radio instructions
Functions of the radio:
• How to get to the XM band
-Select the XM1 XM2 or group button
• Tuning in to XM channels
-Scroll through XM channels with Melody pen
-When changing channels radio will display number/channel name, and then restore the default display
– Click to apply for once to select the next channel or press and hold 2 seconds to scan through all channels; The SCAN will be displayed. Press and hold for 4 seconds to scan through all the preset channels; Scanning and displays the number will be displayed
• How to preset your favorite channels
-Select the preset channels from 1 to 6 for XM1 XM2 strips and; a total of 12 Presets
– A set of predefined channels by pressing and holding the button until it beeps
• How to display the song title and artist name
– Classic to click the show the name of the song title/artist name/category/channel information
– A few presses will advance through this information
-Press and hold this button to set the desired information as the default display, for example, artist
• channel category search
-Press the P-type and P-type appears on the display
-Scroll through categories with Melody pen
-Click the search button to select channel showing category
-Press search again to select the next channel showing category
– After displaying the desired category, press and hold either look for arrow and radio starts scanning in your selected category
