1. Insert the graphite gasket in inlet bush by link-pipe and correctly attach the metal clamp on inlet bush of link pipe. Push the link pipe onto stock purchasers. Insert the catalyst in link-pipe. 2. push the muffler onto link-pipe, and attach the springs. Correctly assemble bolt, washer and aluminium distance bushe. Tighten the screws muffler square and metal clamp. The final installation: 1. clean grease stains: a. muffler – Titanium outer sleeve: use a soft cloth sprayed with a spray lubricant multifunctional (WD-40 or the equivalent). b.-carbon fiber outlet Cap: use a soft, dry cloth. c. stainless steel link pipe: use a soft cloth sprayed with a contact cleaner, then wipe with a soft dry cloth cleaning to prevent stains from burning on the surface. Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents, because they can damage the sticker.
Exhaust gas SYSTEM MAINTENANCE of the following: 1. 's Titanium exhaust components with a multi-purpose spray lubricant (WD-40 or the equivalent), carbon fiber exhaust gas components with a soft and dry cloth and stainless steel components with a soft cloth sprayed with contact cleaner and then wiping with soft and dry cloth. Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents, because they can damage the sticker. A change in color exhaust system on it is normal due to the high temperatures. 2.
