Suzuki M109 behind lowering Kit Installation Manual
Rear lowering Kit Installation: 1. remove the plate on the bike so it can put on a lift. Ensure a motorcycle to motorcycle lift and lift the rear wheel motorcycle, so is un-weighted. 2. Remove cover in front of elevator skaktens drive. Remove the regulator/rectifier. This can be disconnected during this procedure. 3. Next remove bolt holding shock spring into the suspension and then the two bolts connecting material support arm (material support arm lowering kitlooks just like our own, but is slightly shorter). 4. install your new lowering arms, leaving a little slack in the screws. Install shock spring back to connecting lines support. You can raise or lower the back tire to get it to align correctly. 5. Tighten all bolts securely. Reinstall rectifier bracket, regulator/rectifier and the cover by drive shaft. 6. remove the motorcycle from the lift and testing that the suspension does not stick or bind.
