2001-2003 Eulogize 3.2 CL Cold Air System-installation instructions

Installation for 2001-2003 Eulogize 3.2 CL Cold Air System:
1) getting started
(a)) makes sure that the vehicle is parked on a plane surface.
(b)) set the parking brake.
c) disconnect the negative battery terminal.
(d)) If the engine has run within the last two hours it Let cool down.

2) Remove Stock provisioning system
(a)) remove the stock air box Assembly and attach the hardware from inside the fender well.
b) interrupt breathing holes hose and fuel injection Air Control System hose from the air inlet pipe.
c) Loosen and remove the air inlet pipe from the throttle body.
d) jack the front of the vehicle and support using the correctly rated jack stands.
i) remove the lower front splashguard.
II) removing the front left tire and remove inside splashguard (inner fender liner conferences).
(e)) remove resonator from underneath the vehicle.

3) Installing cold air system
(a)) install 2 "long connector hose on the throttle body with the end of the main pipe. It is in the end closest to the breathing holes-Cup.
i) agreement – install 2.50 "hose clamp on the connector hose and loosely tighten. Install a hose clamp 2.75 "onto the other end of the connector hose. 3.2 CL/TL – install hose 2.75 "turn on the connector hose and loosely tighten. Install a hose clamp 2.75 "onto the other end of the connector hose.
b) install the pipe on the throttle body.
in the support tab) on the intake manifold will line with a threaded hole on the inner fender well. Install rubber isolator mount and attach the air inlet pipe onto rubber mount. Install the large fender washer and lock nut onto the devices mount stud and snug it. failure to install rubber mount will cancel all guarantees for cold air system. Below is a chart of how rubber mount should be installed.
c) install a second connector hose onto the other end of the intake manifold. Gently tighten the two hose clamps around this connector hose.
d) install the secondary intake manifold through the hole that was left exposed after the removal of O.E. resonator. Slide the end of the pipe in the connector tube and gently tighten the hose clamps.
in support of the lower tab) intake manifold should be adjusted with a hole in the lower inner fender well just below the point of contact. On some vehicles there will be a plastic wire loom using this loophole, if so remove it. Install other rubber isolator mount through this hole. Use a large fender washer and a lock nut to secure it to the Agency, vehicles. Attach the devices mount stud by means of another large fender washer and nut locking tab support. Failure to install rubber mount will cancel all guarantees for cold air system. Refer to the chart above for correct installation of rubber isolator mount.
e) Install AEM filter on to the end of the inlet pipe. Push the filter at around 2 inches above the intake manifold and install one hose clamp securing the filter to the intake manifold. When the mount is selected, you can either push the filter for intake manifold more or less depending on clearances.
