1. make sure that the bike is completely cold before you start the installation. Make sure that the bike is sure a center position or ideal lift service. 2. remove OEM drop-on tubes with mufflers: – remove spring connections. -Remove both the muffler clamps. – Remove the muffler joint bolts. -Eject OEM drop on pipes and mufflers. 3. install the two brothers Racing v.a. l. E-drop-on system: – attaches to the left muffler and right hand drop-on pipe (more and shorter drop-tube) to the correct muffler, by means of 8 (eight)-drop-on side tube left 6x14mm socket cap screws and split Lock washers provided. Keep loose for now. – Install barrel clamps for both drop-on tubes. 4. double check all your work to ensure the mufflers are aligned and all hardware is tightened. 5. Before you run the bike that's from all fingerprints and dirt, as any oily residues will etch metal and becomes something permanent when the system becomes warm. Run the bike and enjoy. It is normal for some white smoke appears the first time you start the bike. This is packaging/manufacturing oil from inside the tube burning. Check for holes or leaks. If you find a leak, should be a little high temperature Silicon sealant sludges solve the problem. After 50 to 100 miles, check all fasteners for tightness.
