2005-2006 Aprilia 650 Pegaso Strada Slip on exhaust System Installation Manual
INSTALLATION of the additional mounting sets FOR the left MUFFLER: 1. place and install on the lower side head tube for more metal ring (longer bracket for attaching spring) correctly. 2. hand-tighten the bolt of additional metal ring. 3. install additional Graphite plugs into link pipe of the left muffler (NAV-192). 4. coat in bolt and inner side of the metal clamp with Akrapovic anti-seize unleaded copper insert (black tube) (NAV-192). 5. correct position and install the metal clamp onto link pipe (NAV-192). 6. Place the left muffler with welded link pipe correctly, and push it onto outlet side of the lower header pipe. 7. in order to assure adequate voltage in spring Place the extra metal ring again and fully tighten the bolt of the additional metal ring for attaching spring. 8. attach a long time between major spring (to the left muffler) on the link pipe – header tube joint. 9. continue with installation according to the installation instructions nr. NAV-192.
