2000-2001 Eulogize Integra Type-R cold air System instructions

Read and understand these instructions before you try to install this product.
1) getting started
(a)) makes sure that the vehicle is parked on a plane surface.
(b)) set the parking brake.
c) disconnect the negative battery terminal.
(d)) If the engine has run within the last two hours it Let cool down.

2) Remove Stock provisioning system
(a)) remove the stock air box Assembly and attach the hardware from inside the fender well.
(b)) Abort breathing holes hose air inlet pipe.
c) disconnect water by-pass hose throttle body or fast idle thermo valve in which the equipment, located in the lower part of the throttle body. Disconnect the opposite side of the water by-pass hose, running for either the intake manifold or water outlet neck. Remove the entire water by-pass hose and breathing holes hose assembly from the vehicle.
d) Loosen and remove the air inlet pipe from the throttle body.
e) jack the front of the vehicle and support using the correctly rated jack stands.
i) remove the lower front splashguard.
II) removing the front left tire and remove inside splashguard (inner fender liner conferences).
f) remove resonator from underneath the vehicle.

3) Installing cold air system
(a)) intake manifold for this system includes an intake manifold and air filter turbo-flo.
(b)) install one black connector hose on the throttle body with the end of the intake manifold. It is in the end closest to the breathing holes-Cup.
i) installing two # 48 hose clamps on the connector hose and snug just those on the hose.
c) install connector hoses at the end of the intake manifold. Safe hose clamps on hoses and snug them sufficiently so you can still adjust the location of the tube when it is installed.
i) installing intake manifold by inserting one end of the area exposed by the removal of the transfer tube OE air inlet resonator. (On models equipped with AC, you will have to bend the AC line slightly to clean intake manifold AEM, failure to do so may cause damage to pipe or AC line).
II) support tab on the intake manifold will line with a threaded hole on the inner fender well. Install rubber isolator mount and attach the air inlet pipe onto rubber mount. Install the large fender washer and lock nut onto the devices mount stud and snug it. failure to install rubber mount will cancel all guarantees for cold air system. Below is a chart of how rubber mount should be installed.
