Retro Olds/Cadillac Air Purifier
Our all new, all-steel, retro air cleaner is based on the style and size of 1951-56 Oldsmobile and Cadillac air purifiers. This exciting new product would look at home in any street rod, hot rod or traditionally styled "perfect" car.Measuring a whopping 18-1/4 "wide, our air cleaner is not wimpy, a shortened version of this classic design. This new air cleaner has the same external dimensions as the original part of the Oldsmobile oil bath. However, our version uses ready-14 inch diameter 4 inches Tall paper filter element. Not fiberglass construction here are real! Our air cleaner top seal from heavy gauge steel, totally spot welded together and then powder coated in stiff semi-gloss finish.
Electroplating clean air base also stamped steel and is designed to fit most Carburetors or throttle bodies. Aircleaner notched rear to ensure clearance for large diameter, GM, HEI distributors.
Not limited to anything "normal", we have developed and produced a unique wing nut to supplement air cleaner. This chrome-plated nut reactive modeled after the 50-60s era spacecraft and measures nearly 1-1/8 inch.
Our Assembly retro air cleaner comes as a complete, ready to be installed. About half the cost of the original, dented and rusted "swap meet find" hot rodders could enjoy her Cadillac air cleaner. Avoid the hassle of restoration and replay complex oil bath on paper filter element with our thoughtful design.
