1964-72 Buick SKYLARK Drozd installation instructions

Read all instructions before you begin. This kit is designed to connect to the DynoMax Blackjack painted/cyclone ceramics coated or competitive brand, full length headers.
1.703828 hanger Bolt adapter plates 703825 and 159496 using 5 / 1 6 "-18thd x g/4" bolts and nuts. See system diagram for identification details. The plate will allow 2d / 2 "size saddle clamps are connected with hangers.
2. The cross member of the frame of the vehicle, slightly forward of the rear axle, is a set of two mounting holes on each side, LH and RH, which will be used to mount the hanger 703825 side LH and RH-side 159496 hanger. use 5 / 1 6 "-18thd x 1 bolts nuts.

4. connect the inlet breaks, 703824, at the rear of the h-pipe. Place points of silencers in the rear of the 703825 and 159496. Rest assured, breaks, level. Use Jack stands to hold in place. At the exit of the silencer must be compensated by the lateral side of the car. See system diagram.
5. Insert RH tail pipe 704144 in the position of the axis on the RH side of the vehicle. Do the same with LH tail pipe 704143. When you install the tail pipe, the rear of the car must be supported by a frame with Jack stands, allowing axis hang down.
6. the bolt tail pipe of the rear handrails, 704162, hosts the shares on the rear quarter frame rails using 5 / 1 6 "x 1 screws, washers and nuts. Holes may be drilled to accept 5 / 1 6 bolts.
7. Lock the back tail pipe, hangers, just installed with (2) 2d / 2 "clips.
8. Insert the tail pipe muffler outlets and configure breaks tail pipes in their approximate final position.
9. Select the gear 703094 adapters, flanges and gaskets 160401 160771 header collectors and attach with the nuts and bolts.
10. front header extension pipes up to 704141 and h pipe adapters reducer 704142. Measure extension tubes for possible clipping. You may need to produce at each end for the best fit. After the minimum clamp extension tubes in reducer adapters and h-pipe. You may want to remove the gearbox from the headers to insert adapters extension tubes and clip properly. See the chart.
11. Beginning at the end of input line up all components of the system and tighten all connections.
