Assembly instructions: do not exceed these values when installing rack, otherwise damage to Main Arm can occur torque. When the stock mounting points are used to mount the rack motorcycle, refer to motorcycle owner's manual for recommended torque values. Johnny Rack is not responsible for damage caused by the fitting of this rack motorcycle. Please be advised that, although smaller, motorcycle powder coat damage may result. If this is unacceptable, you must not install this rack. Protective sleeves are supplied, but they do not guarantee protection against powder coat damage. Further measures should be taken to prevent damage to your powder coat, e.g. protective sheeting resemble the invisible car bras. 1. remove plastic seat cowl and reinstall the seat as shown. 2. Wrap protective sleeves grab bar around passenger as shown. This is optional, but fixing points rack can damage your motorcycle powder coat. 3. Clear 4 Bar Grabbers by inserting washers on the bolts and screws in Grabbers, as shown. 4. the easiest way to install the rack is to bring together the front and rear Main Arm adapters. then assign it to the motorcycle when bringing it to the bike from the rear. as shown by the white arrow. Then install all 4 of Bar Grabbers. 5. Here is the tougher approach, but it gives some useful details. Position the front adapter on top of the passenger grab bar over the protective sleeves as shown.
