K20A if Throttle cable bracket instructions

This square provides the solution for installing a K20A (ITR/CTR/Euro R) cable actuated throttle body in a K-Powered EG, EK, DC2 or EF simultaneously:
-Enable the use of a card OEM throttle cable (Eulogize 17910-ST7-L01) for swap cleanliness-To remove the throttle cable/jagged interferences (with fuel lines, range hoods, hoses, etc.)
-Consists of high quality 6061-T6 aluminium where steel frames.

CHANGE THE GSC THROTTLE CABLE
1. Obtain a 94-01 Eulogize GSC throttle cable (P/n: Eulogize 17910-ST7-L01).
2. slide the metal retaining ring off of the throttle cable boot.
3. Use wire-cutting pliers to cut a cut in restraint ring for removal from the throttle cable. Be careful not to damage the throttle cable wire when cutting.
4. Use scissors to trim your throttle cable boot as shown. The area to cut is after another bellow, leaving three pods remaining on boot. Make sure again, in order not to allow the scissors to the mar steel braided throttle cable wire.

BRACKET INSTALLATION
1. Loosen the two factory bolts M6 throttle cable square with a 10 mm socket and remove the factory throttle cable bracket.
2. Attach if the throttle cable bracket (46 mm high bracket for EG, DC2 and EC; 53 mm high bracket for EK) by recycling factory M6 bolts. Using a 10 mm socket for tightening.

CABINET INSTALLATION
1. Insert 94-01 Eulogize GSC throttle cable in the vehicle fire wall and connect to the pedal. Then install the throttle cable to the throttle body and the voltage and adjust the throttle cable slack per Honda/Eulogize service manual specifications.
2. Proper throttle cable tension should be easily achievable in the entire area adjustment of GSC throttle cable with Karcepts throttle cable bracket. If the second reason is insufficient alignment for proper tensioning, your pedal stop also might need to adjust. This is extremely rare and may be performed only if the pedal stop had previously been adjusted on your vehicle.
