This Motor blower has undergone some changes in the design so changed as installation procedures. The original engine was a two piece Motor and wheel provided with screw. GM changed the design in one piece unit with heat shield, and fiberglass wheel is pressed.

Remove factory radio
Step 1: Locate and delete the two (2) screws Phillips plastic top panel, which covers the radio controls and air conditioning. They should be located next to leverage air conditioner ventilation directly above (2) air conditioning vents. Pull out the Plastic Panel gently from top to remove it from the dash.
Step 2: radio will be undertaken in two (2) 7 mm bolt screws; one on each side of the radio. Delete both.
Step 3: to remove the radio, pull firmly. Unplug all connectors (1 blue, 1 white and 1 black) from the back of the radio. Disconnect the antenna cable from the back of the radio. Radio can now be removed from the dash.
Step 4: since the opening is so big, in Tyre, a doctor recommends that you use plastic mounting bracket, attached to the bottom of the radio is simply deleted.
This bracket can be attached to the bottom of the mounting plastic radio and assure you that this set of properly aligned and fixed on the dash.

Radio installation kit
STEP 1:
Connect all the necessary cables and harness connectors. Connect the antenna cable in the new radio.
Insert the radio and set to open in tyre. Secure mounting kit screws, two (2) 7 mm bolt, initially in auto workers factory radio.
STEP 2:
Attach the plastic dash, which covers the radio controls and air conditioning.
Now the installation is complete

Wiring instructions:
Power and dynamics of the wires needed to connect new radio are attached to the wire connector located inside the vehicles tyre. Install the doctor strongly recommends that you use additional MMC snap-in on the wire that is specifically designed for the snap-in connectors Automotive wire tyre. This will keep you from cutting wires vehicles. This optional snap-on wire will have wire on the other connector that will allow you to splice the wires to the new station. Your only option is to cut car connectors wire dash and splicing of new radio stations directly on these wires wires. Enhance and support the vehicle, allowing the pendants hang free.
Remove the wheel.
Disconnect the plug electric shock-absorber.
Supports arm control with Jack stand or screw Jack to release the spring load.

Step 1-vehicle preparation
Remove the negative battery cable. With the vehicle standing on a smooth solid surface chock the front wheels. With the help of Jack, the nominal weight of your car, to raise the wheels from the ground. Less weight on Jack stands with the nominal weight of the vehicle, upon being satisfied that the suspension is fully extended. (Do not use wood or concrete blocks to support the vehicle.)
Step 2-remove the coil spring
Put a Jack axis on the left side of the vehicle. Remove the lower bolt with a shock absorber. Lower axis until the coil spring may be removed. Warning: do not put tension or stress on flexible brake line. Remove the jounce bumpers, located in a coil spring. Not to be reused jounce bumper. Drill a hole in the center of the lower spring seat for overhead line pass through a 3/8. Figure "C".
Step 3 – install air Spring
Deflate the spring air coil-Rite and place it inside the coil spring with air, fit down. Then place the upper support at the top of the Coil-Rite (figure & "A" "B"). Cut row air into equal lengths, making sure the ends are cut as straight as soon as possible ("cutting" motion with a razor blade is preferred). The route of the line through the hole in the lower spring seat and along the axis. Insert one end of a line in Setup on the air in the spring.
Step 4-reinstall coil spring
Reinstall the coil spring with coil-Rite on the vehicle. Pass line excess air through holes drilled in the lower spring seat. Attach the lower shock absorber bolt and tighten on the specifications of manufacturers. Figure D. See heat shield notice to install thermal shield. For installation on the right side of the repeat steps 2-5.
Step 5 – set inflation valves
Select the location to mount the inflation valve, this must be a protected area as a rear bumper. Drill two holes 5/16 and go through valves and tighten the nuts. Figure F.
Step 6--routing overhead line
Air line route from air springs inflation valves (figure e). In order to avoid any sharp edges or hot surfaces, as well as the sharp corners. Overhead line can be achieved with nylon ties. Cut off any excess air lines using the method described above and push the end as far as possible in the inflation valve.
Step 7 – inflate and testing
Inflate the air springs with the recommended maximum working pressure (see page 1 for working pressure). With SOAP and water solution to check the air leaks around the valves and valve core. Inflate and deflate in small increments to find the perfect riding conditions for your car.
Step 8-complete
Raise the vehicle, remove the Jack stands and reduce vehicle on Earth. Reattach the battery cable.
