Chrysler OBD II Embedded processor
Chrysler OBD II integrated ProcessorTM PN 5934 is designed to support conversion on or Bi-fuel LPG or CNG in the 1996-1997 biennium Dodge trucks and vans (without electric fans) and jeeps with 6 cyl. & V8. These include full size V-6 V-8, Dakota pickup trucks and vans, together with the V-10 pickups, (using an optional extension of PN 4133).
Note: 1) PN 4126 injector module is not required.
2 Compatible scanner OBD II — this tool is needed for those applications.
FEATURES:
Chrysler OBD II integrated ProcessorTM PN 5934 as the entire lineup of processors supports conversion from four main functions:
(1) OEM PCM support through a continuous diagnostic communication with a computer factory, preventing unnecessary "check engine lights" and diagnostic fault codes (DTC). This feature allows you to save gasoline fuel maps when working on an alternative fuel.(2) provides additional load sensitive time curve, giving the full advantage of the alternate fuel vehicle.
(3) Precise closed loop Adaptive fuel for low emission and better fuel economy.
(4) Fuel injector control through dedicated use to disable OEM on alternative fuel nozzle allowing the normal functioning of the Jets during the operation of petrol.
Besides Chrysler OBD II integrated ProcessorTM PN 5934 offers optional advanced features of the idle control solenoid electronic (ICS).
This new feature provides the ability to tamper resistant conversion. Electronic idle control system adapts to correct deviations of idle air/fuel, compensation for any kind of airvalve, mixer or air filter drop. This feature can greatly improve the strength of the conversion, and this means lower costs and reduces time to re-equip.
Attention: electronic control simple parameter cannot be used with IMPCO ® EPI or any other system fuel under positive pressure.
Note: the Autotronic controls Corporation strongly recommends that only experienced and licensed alternative fuel technology to perform these conversions. Requires a thorough knowledge of automotive systems and alternative fuels. This will avoid bad installations, resulting in poor performance of the vehicle, or personal injury or property damage. When Chrysler OBD II integrated processor PN 5934, these instructions should be carefully respected, to ensure the quality of the conversion.
